Our 5 Favorite Rooftop & Patio Spots in Chicago’s Loop

It’s rooftop and patio season!

Summer is here. It’s our favorite time of the year…. when we can answer “outside” instead of “inside” at a restaurant, and Chicago evolves into a sunny, warm haven. Check out our favorite rooftop and patio spots in The Loop!

Boleo, 122 W Monroe
Punch bowls and Peruvian food are the heart and soul of Boleo, and for good reason. Not only is the retractible roof at Boleo seriously convenient for year-round rooftop hangs, but the food and drink options are to die for.

LH Rooftop at LondonHouse, 83 E Wacker
Some of the best views in Chicago are seen from the LH Rooftop, and you’ll probably take a million photos while you’re there. When you’re not open-mouthed staring at the views, you can have some delicious cocktails.

Petterino’s, 150 N Dearborn
See a show and the city then grab a seat on the patio at Petterino’s! Perfect for watching other tourists and Chicagoans wander past, this Italian spot has an adorable patio with romantic lights overhead.

Raised, 1 Upper Wacker
Yummy shareable appetizers along with gorgeous (and delectable) cocktails are the main objective at Raised. There’s also comfy couches, cabanas, and fire pits that make the view of the Chicago River that much better.

III Forks, 180 N Field
A steakhouse with a view! Check out the modern rooftop at Loop favorite, III Forks, as you have an incredible dining experience.
