biography
Growing up in Rogers Park, Russell considers himself a true Chicagoan with an extensive understanding of the city and its nuances. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Certificate of Communications, he decided to pursue a career back in the city he loves and quickly realized he thrived when it came to property management.
Rising quickly through the ranks, Russell joined Fulton Grace with a blank slate and keen attention to detail. He was quickly promoted to a property manager and, ultimately, a senior property manager - the latter of which gave him the opportunity to manage his own team and oversee one of Fulton Grace's largest portfolios. At any given time, Russell has an understanding of everything going on within the team's managed units and delegates to his team as needed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Russell's eagle eyes, knowledge when it comes to maintenance and tenant relations as well as demonstrable ability to lead a successful team makes him an asset to Fulton Grace!
Outside of the office, you might find him cycling the lakefront path, at one of his favorite local Uptown restaurants, or at one of the many live music venues the city has to offer!

We include 2 free hours of labor each month provided by our licensed and insured handymen. For more complex issues we have an extensive rolodex of trusted and reliable contractors.

If tenant turnover is needed, we prepare a rental analysis, advising landlords on current rental market value before placing a property on the market. We also begin the process of locating replacement tenants well in advance, ensuring there is minimal to no downtime between tenants, which in turn maximizes the return on our owner's investments.

Our property managers conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections, assessing potential tenant damages and any turnover repairs or improvements needed. We are well versed in navigating quick turnovers and have a robust database of trusted vendors to aid in the process.
