Kim Thompson

Originally from southern Illinois, Kim always dreamed of living in Chicago. She attended Northern Illinois University's Business school while running on their track and cross country teams. After graduation, Kim entered the real estate industry with Del Webb/Pulte Homes.

Kim finally landed in Chicago in 2008, finding Fulton Grace in 2014. Once arriving at Fulton Grace, she quickly oversaw a large portfolio as a Senior Property Manager. Enjoying the numbers and details of the finance portion of that position, she found herself transferring into the Finance Manager role for the company. She remains active in real estate as an owner and property manager; providing a unique 360 view. You'll likely see Kim riding her bike around Chicago, taking full advantage of everything this amazing city has to offer!
