Adrian Galarza

Born and raised in Chicago, Adrian Galarza has called Bucktown and Logan Square home since he was able to form the words. After completing his secondary education with a focus on Hospitality, Adrian went on to manage a myriad of Chicago’s top nightlife destinations for nearly 2 decades. Despite his proven success in business management, Adrian’s earliest professional foundations began with his father’s contracting projects. He learned what the difference of quality over quantity meant and the necessary nuances of both building and managing homes.

When not working hard at Fulton Grace, you can find Adrian visiting one of his favorite restaurants with his friends. When indoors you can count on him to be cuddling up with his cat, Taco and pup, Poppy, or creating an artistic landscape with meats and cheeses aka a self-proclaimed practicing charcuterie artist, or clocking miles on his Peloton.
