Abby was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. Growing up in a small town, Abby has always dreamed of being a city girl. While working extensively in customer service, she has developed a passion for achieving the best results possible for her clients. She knows that customer satisfaction is key in any successful business partnership.

After living in Los Angeles for 4 years, Abby was ready for a new adventure and set her sights on the beautiful city of Chicago. Abby began her career with Fulton Grace in 2018 as an assistant property manager. After working as an Assistant Property Manager for 6 months, Abby was quickly promoted to a Property Manager where she began managing her own portfolio. Since then, she has continued to work her way up in the company, and taken on a new role as Senior Property Manager.

Working in a fast paced environment has given Abby the opportunity to further hone her skills in real estate. Even with various obstacles presented, she is able to maintain a positive attitude and achieve a resolution quickly with her owner's and tenant's best interest in mind. Abby could not be more excited to continue to grow with one of the fastest evolving real estate companies in the industry. She looks forward to broadening her career with Fulton Grace for years to come!

We include 2 free hours of labor each month provided by our licensed and insured handymen. For more complex issues we have an extensive rolodex of trusted and reliable contractors.

 If tenant turnover is needed, we prepare a rental analysis, advising landlords on current rental market value before placing a property on the market. We also begin the process of locating replacement tenants well in advance, ensuring there is minimal to no downtime between tenants, which in turn maximizes the return on our owner's investments. 

MOVE IN + MOVE OUT INSPECTIONS 

Our property managers conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections, assessing potential tenant damages and any turnover repairs or improvements needed. We are well versed in navigating quick turnovers and have a robust database of trusted vendors to aid in the process.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Our robust property management software enables us to provide our landlords with detailed monthly and year-end financial reports, ensuring our landlords are kept up to speed on their property’s financials.
