As a reliable property management company, our property management fees for single unit condos are generally a percentage of the monthly rental income. Property management fees for multi-unit buildings depend on the size and location of the building, as well as the number of units it contains. We have no hidden fees. All costs are clear and transparent from the outset.
Property Management Contracts
We are confident landlords will be happy with our property management services and therefore offer month-to-month contracts, allowing landlords to cancel our services at any time for any reason. It rarely happens but it's always an option.
