Juggernaut (Sci-Fi/Fantasy Shorts Festival)
March 4, Music Box Theatre

Green River

The yearly tradition of dyeing the beloved Chicago River a festive shade of green begins at 9AM. Grab your “Kiss Me I’m Irish” t-shirt, oversized clover shades, and if you’re really feeling daring, kilt, and see the action along Wacker Dr between Michigan Ave and Columbus Dr. Parade to follow.

City Winery River Domes
Starting March 17, Chicago Riverwalk

For 90-minute periods, you and your lucky selectees can enjoy riverside views, fine wine & charcuterie, and weatherproof exclusivity. City Winery offers reservations until April 30, 11AM-7PM daily. Pricing ranges from $100-$150 per person.

Chicago Flower & Garden Show
March 18-26, Navy Pier

This bloom convention exists for “inspiring, educating, and motivating the next generation of gardener” according to the official description. Go for the flowers, stay for the green cooking demos and cake decorating competitions. Find tickets here.
