New construction in Logan Square.
The 2500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square will be home to a seven-story mall including 220 luxury apartments, 67,000 square feet of commercial space, and a small Target.
Logan’s Crossing will replace Mega Mall, demolished in 2016, and will be a new shopping and living combination. The two buildings will be connected with a glass tunnel.
Additionally, Logan’s Crossing will have dining options, including one with outdoor eating. Retail will play a huge role, as there will be several places to shop.
Construction began last year, but expect to see the stories rising quickly. Milwaukee Avenue will look a little different when this project is complete!
