about Yvette
Yvette Couty’s journey into real estate began unexpectedly, but her determination, passion, and drive transformed an accidental start into an illustrious career. Starting as a receptionist at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest commercial real estate firms, Yvette quickly immersed herself in property and tenant management. Her curiosity and dedication opened doors to the world of facilities management, where she worked with prestigious companies like Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Trammel Crow, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, and Beam Suntory. Notably, she played a vital role in executing transactions and establishing the first office in Mexico City.
Yvette’s personal journey with homeownership also shaped her career. After purchasing her first home, she realized how unfamiliar many buyers are with the intricate steps involved in the process. Motivated to bridge that gap, she earned her broker’s license in 2011. Today, Yvette proudly offers her clients a unique blend of expertise in both commercial and residential real estate. Her dedication, loyalty, and patience make her a trusted partner for buyers and sellers alike. As the President of her Town Home Association, she also provides first hand insight into buying and managing condos.
