about Yoni
Yoni has been in the real estate industry in one form or another for the last 15 years. It’s always been his passion, and he always knew that Real Estate was lucrative if you did it the right way. In 2015, Yoni and his brother Danny created The Pogo Group. Yoni had experience as a mortgage broker and was also a Division 1 Soccer player at Bradley University, while Danny negotiated his way into a position working for a sports and entertainment agent while attending DePaul University.
The Pogo Group offers all its clients a very personal, boutique touch. As a family-owned and operated business, they’re always working to perfect their craft and believe that treating their clients like family is what sets them apart. They take the time to get to know every client, allowing them to customize their strategies to fit clients’ unique needs and preferences. They know buying or selling is stressful and aim to lower that stress using their experience. In addition, Yoni is a Certified Home Inspector, which allows him to offer a significant advantage to his buyers and sellers.
Over the years, The Pogo Group has been featured in HGTV (in 2017, 2018, and 2020), Chicago Agent Magazine, and Chicago Real Producers Magazine. They’ve also earned impressive accolades, including the Top Producing Team Award by the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. But what really motivates the team is the satisfaction of their clients. They consistently rank in the Top 3% of Chicagoland Realtors (out of approximately 34,000 Realtors) and have access to the Top Agent Network, which is only available to the top 5% of Realtors in Chicago.
When focused on something other than growing his team or helping his clients, Yoni is very into playing guitar, baking bread, and woodworking, in which he hand-makes custom cutting boards and charcuterie boards!
