about Nick
Nick Nastos grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, and made the big move to the city in 2006. Making the change from his career in foreclosure collection to the mortgage industry (as a loan officer) opened up the world of real estate to Nick: he found a love for the other side of the transaction.
As the market dropped in 2008, he and his father started their own real estate brokerage-- Chicago’s Property Shop-- in April of 2009. During that time, Nick focused on helping clients rent apartments in luxury rental buildings in the Downtown Chicago market.
Nick’s career, and his team, have grown substantially over the years. As a Top Producing Sales Team at Fulton Grace and in Chicago, Chicago’s Property Shop continues to evolve along with the ever-changing Chicago real estate market.
When not assisting clients and working with his team, Nick can be found visiting Greece or catching a Pearl Jam concert.
