Born and raised in the north shores, Lake Forest, IL area, Nick is no stranger to Chicagoland. He first became interested in real estate after attending a real estate class in the final semester of his undergrad at Arizona State University. Nick was so enthralled with the course that he immediately applied to real estate classes after graduation. He moved back to Chicago in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and got his first job selling fixer-uppers to real estate investors, and the rest is history.
Nick has experience in investment properties from finding and selling single-family homes. He loves seeing how distressed properties can become great again and how those renovations can strengthen communities.
