Melissa Cartolano is what you would call a jack of many trades. In her arsenal is international tourism experience, clientele management, graphic design, and of course business management. Although she joins Fulton Grace with a steadfast eye on the industry’s strength despite economic conditions. She saw investment properties as a burgeoning trend for generational passive income and decided it was a business path she couldn’t pass up. Melissa is particularly interested in new home-buyers and the education that parallels the process. She believes her international professional experience lends her to be a great communicator and a pro at navigating unfamiliar territory.

When Melissa isn’t nurturing her clients and contacts, you can find her traveling the world, trying new foods, meeting new people. She loves the sunshine and of course the beach. She lives on eating sushi, drinking coffee, and spending time with her family!
