Matt Engle

After moving to Chicago and falling in love with the city, Matt began his career in Real Estate in 2015 to pursue his passion. From helping his clients find their first home, sell and upgrade, or buy investment properties, he is there to assist every step of the way. In 2016, he bought his first investment property and currently has 11 units.  In addition, he achieved the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producer award every year since 2016.

Matt represents clients buying and selling residential real estate and investments in Chicago in addition to having a wealth of experience in residential leasing.  He intently listens to his clients needs and thoughtfully guides by serving as a professional, educated, and responsive real estate advisor. 

Matt gets immense satisfaction helping clients seek their next new home, whether it be a purchase, investment, or rental.  He works diligently to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. As a result, much of his business comes through referrals from his previous clients.

Matt is also readily equipped to help investors locate and analyze potential investment properties. Coupled with the expertise of being a real estate investor himself, Matt can help simplify investment property purchasing and ownership.
