Marty Walsh is the co-founder and President of Fulton Grace Realty of Arizona. He is a results driven, values focused real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real estate business operations. As a seasoned real estate professional, Marty spearheads the strategic growth of Fulton Grace throughout the Phoenix metro area. Additionally, Marty oversees agent development, business coaching initiatives and growth strategies for Fulton Grace's top producing real estate teams and brokers.
Prior to joining forces with Fulton Grace, Marty gained a wide variety of real estate leadership experience, including leading a top producing real estate team and serving on the board of directors of the Chicago Association of Realtors. Additionally, he previously served as the President of the North Shore - Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR). Most recently, Marty served as the Managing Broker of a large national brokerage headquartered in Arizona where he was responsible for establishing real estate brokerage operations throughout a multi-state expansion. In addition to supporting his previous firm's rapid expansion efforts, Marty was always a "go to" resource for assisting agents with a variety of issues they faced on a daily basis. He was responsible for supervising and coaching hundreds of agents to consistently earn a six figure annual income.
