Marshall Lee has often been told that his insight into Chicago neighborhoods is extensive. Having lived in Chicagoland for the majority of his life, this makes sense. It also made sense to apply his extensive insight into what he noticed was a trend in vacation property rentals, particularly Airbnb. Marshall purchased and operated multiple properties through Chicago that primarily focused on tourism. This developed into a brokerage where he and his team continued for 6 years offering visitors a slice of local Chicago pie.
