Lloyd Velasco

Growing up in the Albany Park neighborhood, Lloyd is a Chicago native. He became interested in real estate after frequenting a home his dad had rented out during his childhood. His family still owns the house today, and it is in his plans to rehab it! Lloyd also feels fulfilled that real estate is the perfect industry to further his potential to deliver fantastic service to those in need.

Lloyd seeks to provide nothing but speed, availability, and knowledge to his potential clients. Through this experience, he wants to build long-lasting and genuine connections with people who need his help. Doing so will allow him to sleep soundly, knowing that their needs have been met.

When not focused on real estate, Lloyd prides himself on being consistent in bodybuilding. He wakes up every morning at 4:00 AM to push himself to the limit and seeks to get stronger every single day. He is an avid concertgoer, and whenever his favorite artist comes to town, he doesn’t hesitate to purchase tickets! Whenever a beautiful sunny day appears, he enjoys riding his motorcycle up and down Lake Shore Drive.
