With a deep knowledge of the Chicago market, especially condos and single-family homes on the city’s north side, Laura brings a strategic and informed approach to every client interaction.
Drawing on her 15 years of business consulting experience, Laura excels at negotiating deals and making financial decisions that align with her clients' real estate goals. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships that extend beyond transaction timelines, becoming a trusted resource for everything from market insights to contractor connections that help maintain and grow equity in her clients’ investments.
Originally from Moline, Illinois, Laura always dreamed of living in Chicago. After earning her degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she moved into a one-bedroom apartment in Lakeview. During her career as a management consultant, Laura traveled extensively, exploring over 40 countries, but Chicago always felt like home. Over the years, she’s rented, purchased, and fully renovated properties, including a penthouse condo in Lincoln Park. She’s also served as the President of a 60-unit HOA, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to her community.
Laura currently resides in a penthouse in North Center with her partner, Eric, and their son, Theo. You’ll often find her family enjoying Welles Park with their energetic cockapoo, JoJo or visiting Milanese, their favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. Laura’s enthusiasm for real estate makes her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to buy, sell, or improve their home in Chicago.
