Konrad Dabrowski

After growing up in the residential construction business, there was no other career Konrad would have rather pursued than real estate.

His passion started at a young age, when he shadowed his father’s successful company. There, Konrad was exposed to construction drawings and frequently assisted with client proposals, giving him an early understanding of residential real estate. While in college at Iowa State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering, he spent his summers working in the field for his father’s company – experience that would prove invaluable in the next stage of his career.

Upon receiving his degree, Konrad returned to his hometown of Chicago, where he worked for the city’s premier general contracting firm, a role that quickly led to him managing his own projects just two years after finishing school. His experience working with Fortune 500 companies like United Continental Holdings as well as smaller local businesses allows him to deliver a superior level of service to his clients, ensuring all of their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 

Some of Konrad’s favorite hobbies are watching the Bears (win or lose) and venturing out into Chicago’s neighborhoods to check out the local restaurant scene.
