After nearly 3 decades in Consumer Lending for LaSalle Banking, Kevin Winfield joins Fulton Grace with a vigor ready to take on real estate. Born in Chicago and currently an Evanston resident, Kevin prides himself on a deep understanding of a plethora of Chicago neighborhoods. He’s serviced his community with lending education, allowing him to organically survey and hold key insights to pertinent aspects of home-ownership and loan applications and management. His work with previous Chicago real estate agencies instilled in Kevin a need for community and its support of a diverse offering in education as well as offerings.
