Jonathan Perez

Jonathan Perez is a driven individual with a passion for real estate and a penchant for hard work. Born and raised in Naperville, IL, Jonathan's journey into the world of real estate began with a desire to gain insight into the industry and ultimately, to build his own property portfolio.

After completing a year at the College of DuPage, Jonathan immersed himself in the family business, managing his father's landscaping company. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and managerial skills that would later prove invaluable in his real estate endeavors.

Outside of his real estate pursuits, Jonathan is known for his loyalty, passion, and stand-up character. He finds joy in spending time with loved ones, whether it's cooking up a storm in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at his favorite spot, Volare Ristorante Italiano in Streeterville, or pampering his beloved Staffordshire Terrier, Hazel. In his downtime, you can often find Jonathan washing his car, a hobby that reflects his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
