and he takes a whole-hearted approach that a client’s needs come first. He loves the real estate industry

and truly believes his dedication to this business is a crucial aspect of being the best representative for

his clients.

As a resident of the Chicagoland area since 1988, Jim has a rich knowledge of the Chicago metropolitan

real estate market. Having resided in the city and suburbs, he has purchased, sold, rented and rehabbed

multiple properties of his own over the years including condominiums, townhouses, and single-family

homes. His genuine passion for this business and desire to educate and guide others forged the way for

him to become a licensed real estate broker.

Following an extensive career with a major U.S. airline, Jim entered the real estate industry with

comprehensive experience in contract language, project management, sales, customer service,

corporate instruction, and budget forecasting. His business acumen and unwavering passion for real

estate runs parallel with his ability to successfully navigate high-pressure, deadline-oriented transactions

with meticulous attention to detail, making residential real estate a perfect fit.

Jim feels fortunate to be a member of the Realty Chicago Group, established in 2002. This four-person

real estate team has a combined 60 years of Chicago real estate brokerage experience. Collectively,

Realty Chicago Group ranks in the top 10% annually for sales production within the Chicago Association

of Realtors.
