Hazel Zoleta

Raised in the North Chicago area and then moved to Evanston back in the late 1970s early 80s Hazel is no stranger to the Chicago land area!

Graduated from St. Nicholas in Evanston Grade School, St. Benedict Highschool Class of 1988 in Chicago and Earned a Bachelor Degree from Columbia College in CHICAGO Hazel definitely has roots in this City and the surrounding areas!

Hazel started her career in the Music Business during her college years she was hired to work at the legendary CHICAGO RECORD LABEL DJ International Records at that time located at 727 Randolph St. who's owner Rocky Jones also owned The Warehouse night club across the street. THEN moved onto SOS/BMG another local record label to continue marketing success of numerous artists there until she was recruited to NYC to work for legendary companies such as Profile Records, Richard Branson's Virgin 2 (V2) and Tommy Records/Warner Bros. Also opening up Oncue, Hazel's own Marketing and Promotion Company.

Even with an excting musical career in marketing various artist, Hazel had always wanted to be involved with Real Estate. In 2009, as much as she loved her career in the music industry, she had decided to go into real estate full time in New Jersey. Through her years in New Jersey she had been very happy and successful in helping her clients out with selling or finding new properties or even help assist in renting their properties out. Hazel had found her passion was in real estate and her clients. This was now her purpose.

In 2020 Hazel Zoleta decided to move back to the Chicago land area and bring her passion and experience in Marketing to Real Estate here in the Chicago land area. She loves the spirit and structure of Fulton Grace. The modern technology and marketing machine of Fulton Grace was like no other she's experienced with in Real Estate and she felt this was the place she wanted to be part of and she knows this is the best place that she could best serve her clients that deserved only the best.
