Brian Levitas

Born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago, Brian has a deep familiarity with the local real estate market that allows him to deliver an exceptional level of service to his clients.

After earning his bachelor’s degree at Indiana University, Brian returned home to pursue a career in real estate brokerage, inspired by his family’s background in real estate development and construction. While in college, he interned at a development company where he conducted market research and assisted with site inspections to identify potential acquisition opportunities. This experience gave Brian in-depth knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and broader trends in the housing market – expertise that has translated to his career as a residential real estate broker.

Brian works with buyers and sellers across a variety of property types and price points, and is fluent in both English and Russian. His background in residential development allows him to approach each transaction with an eye for detail that encompasses everything from a home’s architecture and design to quality of construction. As a result, he’s able to enhance the marketability of a home when working with sellers, while helping buyers identify notable features and attributes that may not be included in a listing.

When he isn’t busy helping clients buy and sell real estate, Brian enjoys playing competitive 16” softball, exploring Chicago’s wide variety of restaurants, and spending time with his family. He has helped raise awareness for the Lymphoma Research Foundation and is an active member on the Ann & Robert H Lurie Children’s Hospital junior research fund board. While in college, Brian led a fundraising campaign that raised more than $100,000 for cancer research, an initiative that was featured on the “Today” show and earned him the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Distinguished Service Award in 2014.
