If you are a first time user, click the Get Started button and complete the New User registration form. If you don't see this button below, click the Continue to Pay Portal button and you'll be able to create your account on the next page.

Once the account is created, Zego will send a verification email from [email protected]. The account will automatically be blocked in Zego until the email address is verified. Please look for this email from [email protected] and verify your email.

If you have previously been a Paylease or Zego user with a different landlord, you must create a new account using a different email address. This ensures your funds aren't routed to the prior landlord and instead links your new account to Fulton Grace.
